Villa Casis Sanur can be rented privately as a complex, or by the room subject to availability. Please note that rental rates are subject to seasonal variations as specified below.

Entire Villa Complex

These prices are per night for rental of the entire villa complex, two villas, six bedrooms, up to a maximum of 12 (twelve) persons.

This is a great deal for a family or any other group. Compared to the cost of six double rooms at a high end Balinese hotel these prices are very affordable.

There is the option of extending the capacity of the bedrooms by adding two extra single beds for an additional charge of $50+ per bed for adults and $30+ per bed for children. (Up to 12 years).

Per Room Rates

If the entire villa complex has not been reserved during your visit dates you can book on a per bedroom basis (minimum of two bedrooms) with a maximum of two occupants per room.

Individuals and couples requiring only one room can book only within the 30 days (one month) preceding their arrival.

Terms & Conditions

Please check the terms and conditions when making a booking, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

• The maximum number of guests must be no more than a total of twelve persons.
• A deposit of 30% of the rental amount must be transferred on receiving confirmation of your reservation.
• Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee your reservation.
• Notice of cancellation must be given in writing, deposits and final payments are non-refundable.
• Payment can be made by credit card (Visa/Master) or telegraphic bank transfer, the amount transferred must include telegraphic transfer fees.
• Villa check out time is 12pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Complimentary private airport transfers are included in the villa rental price.
• Daily American breakfast and afternoon tea are included.
• The villa management reserves the right at anytime at it's sole and absolute discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation.
• No large party or function will take place at Villa Casis without prior notification and approval.
• The villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of the villa, it's staff, employees or agent.
